    Cooked to order by a uniformed chef Smoked ham, Wild mushrooms, assorted cheeses, medley of peppers, tomatoes, caramelized onions
     
    Belgium Waffle Station
    Featuring fresh season berries, sweet vanilla butter, chocolate sauce, whipped cream , warm maple syrup.
     
    Potato Station
    Potato bar either mashed or baked with toppings that would include bacon, caramelized onions, grated cheese, assorted cheeses, leeks and sour cream. All served in a Martini glass
     
    Carving Stations
     
    Rack of Veal
    roasted with garlic and bacon. Served with wild mushrooms, Madeira wine Jus.
     
    Beef Tenderloin
    Whole Roasted with peppercorns and ginger soy sauce. Served with hoisin demi glace.
     
    Maple Glazed Honey Ham
    Spiked with cinnamon and cloves. Served with smokey bacon mustard sauce
     
    Turkey Station
    Oven-roasted breast. Served with cranberry relish, and fruit mustard
     
    Leg of Lamb
    Infused with garlic and curry leaves.
     
    Roasted Pig
    A whole roasted pig that is roasted to perfection. Served with fresh fruit.
     
    Sushi and Sashimi Station
    California roll, rainbow roll, spicy tuna roll
    Sushi include shrimp, salmon and barbequed eel
    Served with ginger,  and soy sauce and wasabi
     
    Hand tossed Caesar Salad Station
    Romaine lettuce leaves and Caesar dressing. Condiments to include, snow crab, lemon chicken, shrimp, olives garlic croutons and anchovies
     
    Sundae Station
    A variety of ice cream flavors to include: vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, colorful fruit popsicles, Colorful toppings to include, hot fudge, warm Carmel sauce, strawberries,     M&M's, gummy bears, crushed Oreo cookies, Chocolate chips, toasted peanuts, colorful sprinkles, whipped cream and maraschino cherries
     
    Tutti Fruit Station
    Fresh fruit platter with pineapple, seasonal melons,grapes, and watermelon. Tropical fruit sorbets & Frozen vanilla yogurt Color toppings to include , hot fudge, warm Carmel sauce, strawberries, M&M's, gummy bears, crushed Oreo cookies, Chocolate chips, roasted peanuts, colorful sprinkles, whipped cream and maraschino cherries
     
    Specialty Coffee Station
    Served with freshly brewed regular and decaffeinated coffee. Espresso and Cappuccino
